Payment: We accept payments via Shopify Payments and other methods displayed at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for your orders.

3. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping: Orders are shipped from our facility in Albuquerque, NM. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Free shipping applies to U.S. orders over $150, as stated on our site.
Risk of Loss: Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

4. Returns and Cancellations

365-Day Return Policy: You may return eligible products within 30 days of delivery if unopened, unused, and in original packaging. Contact info@fabianfinch.com to initiate a return. Customers cover return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect. Refunds process within 5–7 business days of receipt.
14-Day No-Questions-Asked Cancellation: You may cancel orders within 14 days of purchase for a full refund if the order has not shipped. Contact info@fabianfinch.com to cancel. Shipped orders follow the 30-day return policy.
Non-Returnable Items: Opened products or final sale items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
