65-Day Return Policy

We offer a 65-day return period for eligible products purchased from Fabian Finch. To qualify for a return:

  • The return must be initiated within 65 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to ensure quality and safety.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at  info@fabianfinch.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or the order was incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

14-Day No-Questions-Asked Cancellation

We offer a 14-day cancellation period for orders, no questions asked. If you wish to cancel your order:

  • Contact us within 14 days from the date of purchase at  info@fabianfinch.com
  • If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
  • If the order has shipped, it falls under our 30-day return policy above.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
  • For eligible returns, we’ll refund the full purchase price (excluding original shipping fees) once the item is received and inspected.
  • Defective or incorrect items will be refunded in full, including any return shipping costs.
  • Refunds typically process within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, including:

  • Opened or used products (e.g., Botox Flawless Lift Serum, Bee Venom Varicose Cream).
  • Products marked as final sale during limited-time promotions.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange a product for a different item, contact us at info@fabianfinch.com within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns.
