1. Digital Marketing Specialist (Meta & Taboola Focus)

We are looking for a highly strategic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our performance campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Taboola. This role is crucial for driving customer acquisition and maintaining our premium brand positioning in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Management: End-to-end management of all Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Taboola campaigns, from setup and creative testing to budget allocation and optimization.

  • Performance Analysis: Deep diving into campaign data (CPA, ROAS, LTV) to identify opportunities for scale and efficiency, reporting directly to the leadership team.

  • Creative Strategy: Collaborating with the design team to ensure all ad creative and copy (including landing pages) aligns with the luxury, scientific identity of the Finch Marine Protocol™.

  • Audience Segmentation: Developing sophisticated targeting strategies and remarketing funnels to maximize conversion rates for our specialized product line.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of proven, hands-on experience managing large-scale performance marketing budgets ($X monthly minimum) on Meta Ads Manager.

  • Demonstrable expertise in Taboola/Native advertising platforms is a strong asset.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel/Sheets, and attribution modeling.

  • Deep understanding of the luxury consumer journey and cosmetics/skincare market is highly preferred.

2. Financial Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Financial Accountant to manage the financial health and compliance of our growing independent company. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to transparency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Preparing and maintaining accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant standards.

  • Bookkeeping & GL: Managing the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ensuring accurate invoice processing and expense categorization.

  • Compliance & Audit: Overseeing tax filings, managing compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations, and assisting with year-end audits.

  • Budget & Forecasting: Supporting the leadership team with budget preparation, expense tracking, and financial forecasting related to inventory and operational costs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or equivalent certification is a significant advantage).

  • 3+ years of experience in accounting, preferably within the e-commerce or consumer goods sector.

  • Proven proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and strong Excel skills.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and strict adherence to deadlines and confidentiality.
